Crave-ing a cause

Earlier this month, I had the opportunity to sit down with one of our regulars and talk a bit about life. As the conversation continued on, the topic of Lent came up. Lent is the season in the church where some people choose to give up something as a reminder of Jesus’ sacrifice for the world. She brought up something that a priest once told her. He said that instead of giving something up, we should set aside time to serve our neighbor. I thought that was a pretty great idea. What if instead of giving things up, we reached out toward our neighbor in service?

I love the New Year.  Why?  Because it’s new.  It’s a great and exciting word.  When things are new, there are endless possibilities and renewed hope for the future.  For me, there is nothing better than new because it means nothing but opportunities!  And that’s especially true here at Crave.

Over the past year, Crave has had a lot that is new.  New leadership, new staff members, and some new menu items that have kept people craving more.  And now that it’s a new year, we are excited about what is yet to come.  Here are just a few things that you might not have heard about yet.
